    Summit Overview

The Virtual Health and Well-Being Summit: Navigating the Path to Better Health Across the Lifespan will take place on 18–19 October 2025 in a hybrid format at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), Cambridge, UK.

As a flagship international gathering, the summit brings together academics, healthcare innovators, technology experts, and industry leaders from the UK, Taiwan, Japan, and across Europe. It provides a unique platform for global collaboration, enabling participants to explore how emerging digital innovations and evidence-based strategies can transform health and well-being within workplaces and communities.

The event is designed to particularly address the urgent challenges and opportunities of an ageing population. With longer life expectancies and shifting workforce demographics, there is an increasing demand for personalized and sustainable health solutions that integrate technology, policy, and practice. Digital health advancements — from AI-driven diagnostic platforms and virtual care models to wearable health-monitoring technologies — are reshaping the delivery and accessibility of care, empowering individuals to take greater control of their health throughout the lifespan.

The summit goes beyond presenting innovative ideas; it emphasizes actionable outcomes and collaborative impact. Through keynote sessions, expert panel discussions, interactive networking, and product showcases, delegates will engage in meaningful dialogue on how to implement practical solutions, scale innovations, and develop cross-sector partnerships that drive measurable improvements in public health, workplace well-being, and community resilience.
